You’ll receive planned check-ins on an agreed cadence (commonly weekly, or more often if needed). You’ll also receive timely updates when something changes—schedule, staffing, concerns, or progress—so you’re never in the dark.

Consistent care from trained professionals

Our Direct Support Professionals complete state-required training, role-specific coaching, and ongoing refreshers to support safety, dignity, and independence.

Backup staffing that prevents disruption

If your assigned staff member can’t make it, we activate our coverage process:

  • We notify you promptly about the change
  • We assign a qualified backup from our pre-vetted roster when available
  • We confirm the plan (who, when, and what to expect) before the shift whenever possible

Our goal is simple: keep care steady, reduce surprises, and protect your family’s routine.
